The discount coupon we send you after your first purchase is our way to thank you for choosing our products and to say that we hope to see you again.

Delivery may take from 5 to 10 business days after the order is shipped, depending on your country.

Our standard shipping is for free on order above $10. But we also offer paid shipping options for those who want to speed up the process.

Return and Refund policy

For unfulfilled orders - maximum 12 hours after placing the order - simply contact us with your order number or the email address used during the purchase, and your cancellation request will be submitted. When/if accepted, one of our agents will contact you to confirm that your order has been canceled and your money refunded.

It is extremely rare for any of our products to be faulty. However, we understand that mistakes do happen, so if you have a problem with your packaging or product, we will send you a replacement free of charge: 1 - Send us an e-mail 2 - Attach a photo or video showing the defect. Photo or video evidence showing the defect in the usability of the product is necessary. 3 - Provide the e-mail address, your first and last name, and the shipping address you used when purchasing the product We do not issue full refunds, issue store credits, or accept returns after 30 days of use. Full refunds and store credits are only eligible if the product is clearly broken or defective, and are conditioned on the return of the product.

If, for whatever reason, you change your mind after receiving your package within the first 30 days, all you have to do is contact us so that we can register your return request and advise you on the process. The return will be at the customer's expense, and we will not refund or issue a store credit for the return shipping costs, only the value of the product.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that delivery can take up to 20 working days, depending on your location. If your order hasn't arrived within this time frame or the tracking information shows that the package is lost, please contact us. We will assist you promptly by sending a replacement.

If, for any reason, you have received a different product from the one you originally purchased, please contact us.com with a photo of your package and the product you received, and we will send you the correct product as soon as possible.

All the refunds will be made as soon as the request is accepted by our support team, and always in the same payment method that you used to place your order. Note that sometimes banks take 5~10 business days to give the money back to customers after we process a refund.
